Top Drive IBOP

Top Drive IBOP are generally classified into two types: Upper IBOP(hydraulic type)and Lower IBOP (manule type). It is also possible to design upper and lower IBOP as an integrated structure, which is called a top drive manual-automatic integrated valve. They are a type of control valve used in conjunction with the top drive system and are one of the effective tools for preventing blowouts. Drilling fluid can flow freely through this valve without pressure drop.Upper IBOP is controlled by the top drive system and can be turned on or off by rotating 90º as indicated.Lower IBOP can be turned on or off by rotating 90º as indicated with a dedicated wrench. When overflow or blowout occurs, close top drive IBOP to cut off the internal passage of the drill string, achieving the purpose of preventing blowout inside the drill string.

Kelly valve

Kelly valve is a manual control valve in the drill string circulation system and is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout，also to provide unrestricted flow of drilling fluids. According to the indication direction, Kelly valve can be opened on or closed off by the special operation spanner at 90 degrees.

Arrow-type check valve

Arrow-type check valve is one of the commonly used anti-blowout tools in oil and gas drilling operation. It enters the well along with the drill string. Once overflow, well surge or the positive circulation stops during the drilling or well repair process,arrow-type check valve will quickly close under the action of the reverse circulation pressure and spring force inside the drill string, cutting off the internal passage of the drill string and achieving the purpose of preventing blowout inside the drill string.

Float valve sub

Float valve sub is one of the essential tools for oil drilling,which is connected at upper part of drill bit.The float valve sub is near the bit connecting thread.The main application is,when connected with single piece pipe,it prevents mud from coming in and up blocking the hole.When blowout takes place,blowout in drill string will be avoided because nozzle is closed automatically by valve cap of the float valve assmebly.Float valve has Model F and Model G type.

QY-S Double-acting hydraulic drilling jar

The QY-S Double-acting Hydraulic Drilling Jar is a double-acting hydraulic jarring tool that can provide an extremely powerful impact force when the bottom hole assembly is stuck. As a component of the drill string, it can withstand:

⑴ Temperature up to 260℃;

⑵ Static water pressure up to 137MPa;

⑶ Normal torque and pump pressure drilling conditions for long-term use.

The QY-S Double-acting Hydraulic Drilling Jar can be used as part of the drill collar because its length and diameter are similar to the drill collar, and it has compatible elevator installation areas. Under drilling operation, it does not jar and is not affected by normal drilling conditions or torque.
